1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the FreshCart Market website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. FreshCart Market is operated from Plot 14, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable charges except delivery, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable; in that case you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. FreshCart Market does not store your card details. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full when the order is delivered.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the time slot shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather or traffic. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the order.

5. Returns and refunds

If a product is damaged, incorrect or not fresh, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
