Q1. Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, including Bahria Town and DHA. International express shipping is available to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the USA.
Q2. How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery within Pakistan is $3.99. Delivery is free on all orders over $50. You can also collect your order for free from our Blue Area store.
Q3. When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the same evening. Orders placed later are delivered the next day. You can track the status of every order from My Account → Orders.
Q4. Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by Visa, Mastercard or American Express through Stripe, or choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. We never store your card details.
Q5. What if an item is out of stock?
Stock levels are shown on every product page. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
Q6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. If any product is damaged or not fresh, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Q7. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and re-order your favourites in one click.
